Why hire a bookkeeper?
Do you dread logging into your Quickbooks? Constantly putting off your weekly and monthly tasks? Confused and behind once tax time comes around? A bookkeeper can be a valuable resource for any growing business! As a small business owner, you are constantly being pulled in a dozen different directions and the financials can be tedious and time consuming. Allowing your bookkeeper to handle these daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks gives you those hours back so that you can focus on everything else.
My Story
I've spent over a decade in the corporate space helping clients large and small with their financials. I graduated from Wichita State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration and from there began a long journey working with different types of clients and accounts in the wealth and retirement space. My experience spans a wide array and includes bringing in and delivering assets for wealth clients, and in-depth analysis, compliance, and creation of financial statements and tax documents for clients with retirement plans.

As the corporate landscape changed, I found myself wanting more. I realized one of my favorite aspects of my work was getting to help my smaller clients and building long lasting relationships with them but found it difficult to prioritize these relationships in a corporate setting. I channeled the entrepreneurial spirit of so many of clients and realized the answer was starting my own company! With the support of my husband Michael, who is a small business owner himself, I left the corporate world and devoted myself to pivoting my skills and adjusting my mindset so that I could serve my clients in the best way possible and it's been the most rewarding journey so far.
